Trivia

  • Bad Moon Rising 2 was notable for being the first event Melee God PPMD has attended since Battle of the Five Gods, although he only participated in doubles.
    • Plup announced on Twitter[1] he would only use Falco in the singles tournament as a tribute to PPMD.
  • In the singles event, top 16 placers were either refunded the entry fee, or both the venue and entry fee (13th and 9th finishes respectively).
  • There was also a bonus contest in which the person determined to have driven (not flown) the longest distance (according to Google Maps) received $100, with the runner-up receiving $50.
  • Qerb received the highest placing for a Mr. Game and Watch main at a major tournament, placing 13th out of 369 entrants.
