2GGC: Nairo Saga is an ongoing national Super Smash Bros. for Wii U tournament being held in Santa Ana, California on June 10th-11th, 2017, organized by 2GGaming. It was announced at 2GGC: Civil War as the 5th qualifier in the 2GG Championship Series.[1]
This event was be dedicated to popular smasher and streamer Nairo. In addition to singles and doubles tournaments, it also featured in-person ladders called 'Waifu Wars' and 'Naifu Wars' and a 'Waifu Wars' round robin featuring Nairo, ZeRo, CaptainZack, Pink Fresh, Twi, and Cosmos.
Nairo Saga is the first 2GGC event to honor a specific player, which was the tradition of 2GGC's predecessor 2GGT.
Naifu Wars: World War 1 was a qualifier for this event.
