Chikorita is a Pokémon that comes out of a Poké Ball.
The attack Chikorita uses is Razor Leaf. Chikorita will send a barrage of leaves into one direction. Anyone who makes contact with the leaves will take damage. Chikorita's attack is short and doesn't last long. Chikorita's attacks are easy to dodge also.
Chikorita will not harm the summoner.
