Notices
The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted.

Skill Super Smash Bros. Smash64 Commentator

Onski is an American Super Smash Bros. 64 player, Kirby main, tournament organizer and Smash64 commentator. Originally from the Bay Area, he attended San Francisco State University and ran the Competitive Gaming Community (CGC @ SFSU), which hosted bi-weekly Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Smash Bros. 64, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournaments. He ran over 25 tournaments during his 2 year Presidency before graduating in 2010.

Onski now plays Smash64 exclusively and is currently ranked #8 on the Autumn SoCal Power Rankings

Onski was one of the pioneer filmmakers in the Smash community, shooting several hours of tournament footage and interviews that were being compiled for a documentary. He ultimately shelved the project when he moved to Los Angeles.

Tournament Organizer

CGC @ SFSU

Onski revived the Competitive Gaming Community from inactivity in Fall of 2008 and initially began the club by running Brawl bi-weeklies on Saturdays in the Humanities Building at San Francisco State University. After six tournaments, Onski added Melee Singles & Doubles to the roster at CGC @ SFSU VII, at a time when Brawl was at its peak and Melee was supposedly dying, Melee Singles entrants totaled at 49 nearly doubling Brawl's 25 entrants. Onski would go on to run 2 majors and over 25 installments of the bi-weekly tournaments before "retiring" via graduation in 2010.

Onski currently streams on twitch (twitch.tv/onski_) and hosts occasional house-tournaments at his domicile in Van Nuys.
