It says that her reach is very short, however while playing the game I managed to pause at the right moment performing the move, and got this. (see right) When she performs the move she creates a, I guess is, a blade made of wind that goes out a pretty far distance. After studying the move a bit, i'm guessing the blade it self only appears for a few seconds, making it easy to miss.
I bring this up because her trivia says that her counter has a short distance, despite it being described as long in the instruction booklet for the 3DS version. However bringing into account this blade of wind generated by the move, and the distance between it, and the tip of her staff, I'd say this makes the booklets statement 100% true.
