I think there's a whole lot more users that should be in the group. Are we gonna have more? The Awesome 15:24, 18 October 2012 (EDT)
- Bugging an admin instead of being vague here might get something done. Also, be specific as to which users. Air Conditioner I'd like to be~ under the sea~ 15:40, 18 October 2012 (EDT)
- Do not bug. You can suggest someone that you think needs probation to an admin, but you will not bug them over it. Omega Tyrant 15:50, 18 October 2012 (EDT)
- I didn't mean that someone should seriously keep pestering admins, I meant that they should ask someone specific, but I typed the wrong word by accident .-. Air Conditioner I FEEL FANTASTIC 15:58, 18 October 2012 (EDT)

Requesting my own un-probation:
Hi, since there's already an established rule where only admins can edit the requests section of the page, (which is pretty fucking atrocious, btw) I've decided to put this here. I believe that I am finally deserving of an un-probation after being put on it for almost a year now, seeing how my constructive edits have picked up. And before anyone comes here claiming that I'm just inflating my editcount to get off of probation by making fluff/useless edits and all that shit, notice how long it took to get the number of edits as high as it is? The reason it started off so low was because I lacked interest in editing the Wiki before, but my interest has increased. Also if you've seen me around, you'll know that I've strayed from only editing trivia sections and am now adding content to other areas, which is nothing more than proof that my mainspace edits haven't only increased in quantity, but quality too. The second reason for why I deserve this is because of my whole attitude about my probation. Unlike most if not all other users who get put into this group, I didn't bitch about it to the admins, I didn't immediately go inactive once my probation was placed on me, (as a matter of fact, I'm one of the few users who actually stayed here to contribute after being probated) and I didn't post a ragequitting/parting message on my talk page for all to see. Also, instead of freaking out and desperately trying to inflate my mainspace edits, I took it slow, only editing when I came across something appropriate to edit, and if there was nothing that I felt needed editing, I just wouldn't edit.
In short, I think that I've been probated for long enough and deserve to have it lifted. So whaddya say??? MeatBall104: Snoo PINGAS usual , I see!? 11:41, 17 May 2014 (EDT)
- I think I would slightly agree with your removal of probation, I can tell your working hard despite your edits being reverted all the time although if you ask me, numbers don't matter. Dots (talk) The Editor 12:13, 17 May 2014 (EDT)
- "Hi, since there's already an established rule where only admins can edit the requests section of the page, (which is pretty fucking atrocious, btw)"
- This shows a pretty big lack of understanding here on what this page is for. One, only admins are supposed to have the powers to put a user on probation, just like they're the only ones that are supposed to have the powers to ban a user (surely I don't need to explain why this is), and two, the requests section only exists because admins are unable to change a user's usergroup (thus they require a bureaucrat to actually put a user in probation, so the requests section exists to put who should be in probation in one place). That is why only admins can edit it.
- The unnecessarily hostile attitude in your post is also really offputting. If you think you no longer deserve probation, simply go and politely asked the admin who put you in indefinite probation to review your probation, where if they agree, you will get your probation removed asap. You don't need to go here and make a hostile rant about it here. With that said, yes I agree you should have your probation removed. However, with the attitude and poor form you displayed in requesting it, I'm going to delay it a week. Omega Tyrant 14:52, 18 May 2014 (EDT)
Can you please un-probate me? I've learned my lesson and I'm sorry. Can you believe me?M0nkledon4 (talk) 12:23, 20 July 2015 (EDT)
