The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted.

Pokémon Trainer is a usable character confirmed to appear in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The Pokémon Trainer first appeared as the protagonist in the Game Boy games Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue. Pokémon Trainer's default name in his games is Red.

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Pokémon Trainer will not fight directly. Instead, the player will alternate between three different Pokémon; Charizard, Ivysaur, and Squirtle. These three Pokémon are (evolutions of) the three starter Pokémon in Pokémon Red and Blue. Squirtle is the basic form of his evolution process, while Ivysaur is the first evolution and Charizard is the final form of their respective evolution lines.

Final Smash

The Pokémon Trainer's Final Smash is called Triple finish. Any of his Pokémon can get the smash ball. The Trainer Calls out all three Pokémon, and they unleash their ultimate attacks at the same time. Squirtle uses Hydro Pump, Ivysaur uses Solarbeam, and Charizard uses Fire Blast. Apparently, the closer the opponent is to the Pokémon, the more damage their attacks cause. A Pokémon style text window also appears at the bottom of the screen saying phrases like "IT'S SUPER EFFECTIVE!"
