Hey
It's nice that you provided French names for the regional differences page, but you made almost a dozen consecutive edits to that page. That could be avoided if you merged all those edits into one. In some of these cases, the Preview Button would have helped. It's next to the Save Changes button. Try that so you don't clog Recent Changes. Also, if you want to edit more than one section, click on the edit tab on top of the page. This allows you to edit the entire page, so you don't have to edit one section at a time. Thanks!
