The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

DLC characters
Should we really have an entire row dedicated to DLC characters in the template? DLC is how they're obtained, while the veteran/newcomer rows have nothing at all to do with how they're obtained.
- New/Old Status - - New/Old Status - -Obtaining Method-
is a rather strange way to lay out this template. Not to mention that there is only one downloadable character right now. My recommendation is to just put (DLC) or something similar next to Mewtwo with him in the veterans row. Dracyoshi (talk) 06:32, 24 October 2014 (EDT)
- A (DLC) tag is probably a good idea. If we get more DLC characters in the future, putting "(DLC)" after all of them might get cluttered, so I'd suggest changing it then to a footnote where each character has an asterisk (or cross or whatever) next to their name, with "*DLC" at the bottom of the template.
