Clown Cannon is Bowser Jr.'s neutral special. When used, the Koopa Clown Car shoots a cannonball out of its mouth. The cannonball knocks back and damages the first enemy it hits.
Origin
While the Koopa Clown Car has not been shown to be able to launch cannonballs, they are very often launched from cannons on Bowser's tanks, boats, and airships.
