Ness (SSB)/Up special

'''Ness'''' Up special move is PK Thunder in SSB. He is completely stationary when this move is used. Ness summons an electrical ball with a trail of electricity behind it. At that point, Ness can control where the electricity goes, and he can either hit enemies with the electricity, or he can hit himself, which sends him flying through enemies, damaging them more that if they were hit by the attack's first form. Should this move be used as a recovery move, then Ness needs to use the move's second form, lest he fall offscreen.
