Whether you are a new user without an account or an admin with years of experience, you are just as valuable an editor as anyone else, and your input is welcomed. This does not mean, however, that experience is irrelevant, nor does it mean you can misbehave and expect to be treated like someone who makes productive edits.

To elaborate, you are as encouraged as anyone else to add information to articles and to speak your opinion on proposals and disputes. This does not mean, however, your opinion will be held equally as others', or that contradicting information you contribute will be valid without your sufficiently supporting it.
