The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Universe | Star Fox |
Base game appearance | Brawl |
Alternate costume | Classic Fox |
Fox is a playable character in the Brawl mod Project M. He was remade to be nearly identical to his Melee counterpart in terms of attack hitboxes and animations.
Attributes
Changes from Melee to PM
Fox was slightly nerfed from Melee due to a few of his options being weakened.
Reflector can be cancelled even after reflecting a projectile, which prevents a shine lock from characters with fast projectiles such as another Fox or Falco.
Can now tech out of Falco's down throw.
Blaster shots decay in damage based on distance.
Can no longer perform the waveshine infinite.
Reflector no longer has intangibility on the first frame of activation.
Has a new idle pose based off his Smash 64 taunt.
In terms of cosmetics, Fox now has an alternate costume based off both his appearance in Melee and Star Fox 64 as well as earlier Star Fox designs of him. There are four variations of this costume; original one and the three team colors.
