Overview

Snake lays the opponent on the floor, putting them in a downed status. Does 12% damage. One the best tech-chase move in the game - if the player can predict the opponent's actions, an infinite chaingrab is possible, and it is possible to followup with many moves, including KO moves such as an up tilt. If the move is fresh and Snake is able to followup with a forward tilt, it can deal as much as 33% damage. It is a very versatile and useful throw that is commonly used in high level play.

Trivia

Exploationg a CPU with the move.
  • If this move is performed against a CPU, they will always roll towards the nearest edge. This means that it is extremely easy to infinitely chaingrab them near the edge, which can easily be done until KO percentages.
