This page is where administrators can request probation of users. To add a request, simply add a list item to the Requests section that starts with the user in question and contains a short explanation of why probation is deserved and a recommended probation length (which can be a date or a condition).
The same procedure is followed in order to request unprobation of users. This is not necessary for probations with an explicit time limit unless it appears that all the bureaucrats have forgotten about it.
