User talk:SonicRules
Hi there!
Welcome to our wiki, and thank you for your contributions! There's a lot to do around here, so I hope you'll stay with us and make many more improvements.
- Recent changes is a great first stop, because you can see what other people are editing right this minute, and where you can help.
- Please sign in, if you haven't already, and create a user name! It's free, and it'll help you keep track of all your edits. See Help:Why create an account for more info on creating an account.
- Questions? You can ask at the Help desk or on the "discussion" page associated with each article, or post a message on my talk page!
- Need help? The community portal has an outline of the site, and pages to help you learn how to edit.
I'm really happy to have you here, and look forward to working with you!
Please note
That having a mental disorder does not excuse you from raging or acting extremely hostile towards any user. Multiple users on this Wiki have an autism spectrum disorder (which includes Asperger syndrome) and still behave appropriately, if not sometimes much more mature, than others users who lack the disorder(see Toomai). I'm not telling you that you cannot rage, but I am telling you that having a mental disorder isn't a "get out of trouble" card. MegaTron1XD 11:06, 2 July 2012 (EDT)
On tiers
We do not allow harassment of users over their personal opinions, including their stance on tiers. That being said, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but not their own facts. As the majority of the Smash community accepts, and empirical results confirm, the existence of tiers, SmashWiki believes that tier lists, matchup charts and the like are important content and should be retained. Discussion about the existence of tier lists, and the competitive viability of characters in general should be confined to the forums. Mousehunter321 (talk · contributions) 11:41, 2 July 2012 (EDT)
