The Kirby Team is a team that is made up of Kirbies that appear in the single player mode of Super Smash Bros. and Adventure Mode of Super Smash Bros. Melee.
In Super Smash Bros., the player battles a total of eight Kirbies on the Dream Land stage. The Kirby team in SSB consists of Kirbys that already have the character's abilities. The Kirby team in SSB are also light and are easier to kill with heavy attacks. Defeat the Kirbys in the order they appear (respecting the characters' order in the character select screen) to get the Kirby Ranks bonus. The final Kirby faced will either be a secret character (among those unlocked) or a plain Kirby.
Likewise, the Kirby team in Melee consists of fifteen Kirbys that come with a random character ability from among the currently unlocked characters. If the player defeats the Kirby team in Melee under thirty seconds then they will have the chance to fight Giant Kirby.
