I'm proposing we change settings so that any autoconfirmed user may move images. Thoughts? – Emmett 13:40, 22 October 2011 (EDT)

Support: It doesn't make the wiki more susceptible to vandalism, as any autoconfirmed user can upload a new version of any image, and would only help the wiki. PenguinofDeath 13:48, 22 October 2011 (EDT)
