The Dragoon Glitch in Brawl occurs when the Dragoon passes through the stage during Tingle's Zoom-In effect, causing the camera to thereafter freeze on the machine's trajectory. This scenario is difficult to induce, due to the vast random nature of assist trophies and Tingle himself.
