HomeMade Waffles is an American smasher from California. He is known for his Dr. Mario skills in Melee. The Kobe, named after Kobe Bryant, is usually shouted whenever Waffles hits a forward air with his black costumed Dr. Mario. However, he is also well known for his YouTube profile which has some of the most popular Melee videos. Waffles is ok with Brawl, and likes the original Super Smash Bros.. He is known as the voice of the West Coast in the Melee scene in the same way as DJ Nintendo and Papa Dave are the voices of the East Coast scene. His most popular video is the so called Wombo Combo.
Wombo Combo
The Wombo Combo is known as one of the greatest combos in the history of Smash. It is a combo from Silent Spectre, the top Captain Falcon player on the West Coast, and Tang, a well known Fox user, vs Zhu, a well known Fox and Falco user, and Lucky, a known Fox user, on the Battlefield stage. The Wombo Combo is the following moves: A Fox grab, Captain Falcon Neutral aerial, Captain Falcon Down throw, Fox Up smash, Captain Falcon Back throw, Fox Reflector into Up smash, and then a Knee off stage. The video of the Wombo Combo has attracted over 500,000 views on YouTube and has been parodied many times.
