Snakedashing is a technique available (at the moment) only to Snake. It is essentially a quick boost of speed in one direction, similar to the Super Wavedash.

How to do It

  • Use Snake's dash attack.
  • Before the "falling" animation, cancel it with and UpSmash.
  • Snake should have slid a large distance (about one-third the size of Brawl's Final Destination) and used UpSmash.

Application

  • Provided that you can get the dash attack to hit at high enough percentages, it could combo into his UpSmash.
  • It allows Snake to escape quickyl from a failed dash attack.
  • The UpSmash's rocket comes back down, so it is difficult to approach Snake after he Snakedashes
