A spammer is a person who uses a character who has an attack that can be used over and over again. Obviously, this can get very annoying for an opponent, but with stale move negation it is weakened considerably. There are numerous examples including:

* Pit neutral B Palutena's Arrows
* Fox, Falco, and Wolf neutral B Blaster
* 70% of the people that play on wifi (lol0.
