Notability

Honestly this page was kinda created with low effort and many infomation was oudated such as the "currently one of the active players in the community". Not much can be found about this smasher. The public SmashBoards profile doesn't mention much besides him being possibly involved with some sort of Pit PR. Was able to find a Twitch channel and some YouTube vids but none of them are related to Smash. I think there needs to be evidence and examples of the so-called "smashfests and recorded videos" to determine how valid the statement "respected member of the community for his many contributions" but so far I don't see anything yet. A trouble with this sort of thing is a lot of old Smash discussions were on IRC and stuff like that, so it's hard to historically evaluate outside of asking around. Considering nobody ever made a page of me despite making like 80+ K. Rool spreadsheets and having my fingers all over Ultimate tech stuff (though I'd admittedly hate having one exist), I'm assuming the standards for this sort of thing would be quite high. Looking up the name, I'm mainly seeing byuu/Near, the late ZSNES dev, rather than this individual, but I could also be blind. - Plague von Karma 19:45, August 13, 2024 (EDT)
