NRW Cup - Rise of Germany was a Super Smash Bros. Melee regional and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate superregional held in Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia from April 20th-21st, 2024. At 396 entrants, it is currently the largest Ultimate tournament in Germany.
The tournament initially had Steve banned; however, it was later lifted, with organizers citing the Nintendo license as the main reason for lifting the ban.[1]
