The Nintendo DS "universe" refers to the Smash Bros. series' collection of characters, stages, and properties that hail from the default software on Nintendo's Nintendo DS handheld video game system.

Stage

Currently, the only representation the universe has gotten is a stage known as PictoChat, which is based off of the PictoChat feature built into all Nintendo DSes.
