Avaru (アヴァる) is a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Steve player from Japan. Avaru's strongest performances to date were in late 2023 when they placed 17th and 33rd at the majors Maesuma TOP 14.5 "in Hyogo" and Maesuma TOP 15 "FINAL" respectively while taking sets off of chicken, navy, MoneyRight, Crete, Meido, and mion. Avaru has also taken sets over Ly and Mokumoku. Avaru also regularly competes on Smashmate and has achieved a rating over 2200 with Steve.
