Maesuma TOP 14.5 "in Hyogo" was a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate major held in Kobe, Hyōgo, on October 29th, 2023. The event took place on the same weekend as Seibugeki 15 in Kantō and as a result several players were in attendance for both.

Maedakun announced he would be stepping down from the position of head TO following the event, though he also hosted Maesuma TOP 15 "FINAL" shortly afterwards.[1]
