Cleanup Request

What exactly is the nature of the cleanup request here? It seems to me that, like most top SSB64 players, he is able to play nearly everyone. Isai's page looks much the same. Should this cleanup tag simply be removed? Lasercatte (talk) 22:41, October 27, 2023 (EDT)

Should have clarified that it's cleanup for excessive characters. Characters like one-off, rarely used ones shouldn't be listed. That said, Isai's page probably need an infobox cleanup as well. NPM Morr!? 23:44, October 27, 2023 (EDT)

There's a difference between "being able to play" versus "playing". Many top players in all the games are "able to play" countless characters; heck someone like Zomba has won games with every character in the roster.

However, the wiki documents characters that the player is "playing". As in, their primary main, the character they pull out when they want to win a tournament and are facing a difficult opponent. I'm not familiar with tacos or the 64 scene, but if tacos plays all those characters in these situations, plus consistently and successfully, then I have no qualms with the character list. But that is very difficult, especially for top players, whose focus should only be on a few characters, so I'm hesitant on believing that that's the case.

Basically, tacos could be "able to play" all those characters, but what the cleanup tag is looking for is the characters he is "playing". CookiesCreme 01:31, October 28, 2023 (EDT)
