KSB 2016 was a fighting game tournament held in Osaka, Japan, from April 28th-May 1st, 2016 featuring, among other games, events for Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. In Melee, aMSa took 2 sets over Rudolph to win his first tournament of the year. In Smash 4, Kamemushi won in the second set of grands 2-1 after komorikiri had reset the bracket. It was his second major tournament win, having won Kurobura 1 only the day before.
