Luigi Cyclone

The Luigi Cyclone is the name given to Luigi's Down B. It is similar to Mario's Down B move, the Mario Tornado, but the way it does damage is different. It spins Luigi around wildly and can be used as a recovery move. It is generally perceived as being very difficult to to get the full height due to the high amount of times the player needs to push B button during the animation. It is not a multi-hit attack, but it can be used as a good knockback attack.
