Bum is a professional smasher from the United States who mains Donkey Kong. He has received praise for using Donkey Kong, a low-tier character, and beating many highly skilled players including Isai and Chu Dat at the first stop on the MLG grassroots tour. This, coupled with his sometimes unorthodox attack choices, has led to some complaints from other smashers that playing him is "playing against Aaron Kirschner, not playing Smash
