Kagaribi 4 is an ongoing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate supermajor held in Tokyo, Japan, from June 26th-27th, 2021. Due to a state of emergency as a result of a COVID-19 surge in Japan, the tournament was postponed twice, from an initial date of April 25th to May 22nd, then to the current date.[1][2] With many of Japan's best players in attendance, Kagaribi 4 is the first supermajor since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. All sets in the tournament are best of 5. 17 of the 20 Japanese players on the Fall 2019 PGRU are playing, everyone but T, Kirihara, and Ron.
