Chip is a 15 year old Young Link player located in the Washington area. He is the younger brother of Deva and is one of the best players in eastern Washington. He is also a charachter purist, meaning that he only uses Young Link in tournaments no matter who his opponent is using. Although he still uses both Young Link and Marth in friendlies.
