SWT: NA Southwest Ultimate Online Qualifier was the eighth Super Smash Bros. Ultimate qualifier for Phase One of the Smash World Tour 2021. It was region locked to several southwestern U.S states. The top six players of the main bracket, as well as the top two players from the Last Chance Qualifier, will be invited to the Phase Two tournament SWT: NA West Melee & Ultimate Regional Finals.

Coaching Controversey

Before Nito was going to face off against Ronnichu, a T.O. named Jamshyd stopped the match, and Ignis who was eliminated by Nito, accused him of being coached from Ronin X, whom he states that this clip proves that Ronin X was coaching Nito, which Nito denies. Because of this, GimR gave his final verdict, allowing Ignis to move on against Ronnichu, and disqualifing Nito.
