Mostly made to keep track of where I think each Melee character page is in terms of competitive expertise / updating to the current meta. The goal should be to update all of these pages so that the whole chart is green checkmarks.
I'm in no way claiming that I know everything about these characters, especially the lower-tiered characters, so if I marked something as 
that looked right to me but wasn't, let me know. You can also modify the parameters on this page directly if you want!
