The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Twilight Sparkle would be a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Dream if that was an actual thing. She was confirmed by Nyargleblargle on December 8th, 2015 alongside Deadpool because if he can be a thing, Twilight Sparkle might as well be too. Tara Strong voices Twilght Sparkle as she does in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
Attributes[edit]
As an alicorn, Twilight Sparkle combines high aerial movement with both ranged magic attacks and powerful physical attacks. However, she is fairly light and is relatively slow on the ground.
Moveset[edit]
Move | Name | Damage | Description |

Neutral attack | — | 3% (hit 1), 6% (hit 2) | Twilight headbutts opponents from the side for hit 1, then pokes opponents with her horn for hit 2. One of the most powerful multi-hit jabs in the game. |
Dash attack | — | 9% (head)/12% (horn) | Twilight Sparkle rams into the opponent. |
Up tilt | — | 5% | Twilight Sparkle jabs her wings upward. |

Forward throw | — | 9% | Twilight Sparkle telekentically moves the opponent forward and launches them. |

Side special | Spark | 2% | Twilight Sparkle crouches downwards and creates a spark in front of her. Small, but briefly paralyzes grounded opponents and spikes opponents in midair. |
Up special | Teleportation | 1% | Similar to Warp, but with a weak hitbox at the beginning of the move and more endlag. |
Down special | Force Field Bubble | 3% | Twilight Sparkle spawns a large bubble that absorbs projectiles, pushes opponents back on startup, and deals damage upon ending, but has significant lag. |
Final Smash | Elements of Harmony | 15% (other ponies), 1% (Twilight, up to 30 hits), 20% (final hit) | Twilight summons her friends, who use the Elements of Harmony in a manner to Return of Harmony Part 2. Ends in a large explosion of white energy that KOs at 15%. |
