So I had brought up this idea to Wiifitkid. This will include algorithm for a potential pandemic ranking (If there ever is one for OrionRank) and the list itself. The list will include tournaments starting from when the Spring 2020 PGRU is frozen. Notice that only in-person non-weekly tournaments with at least 32 entrants have the tier system (with invitationals being the exception). Tournament tiers based on the co-made algorithm and the intended SWT tiers will be notified below on the list. Please understand that it is unsure whether an actual ranking will be made out of this period.
