The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller is more popular then the GameCube controller in Ultimate because the NGC controller is sold out or never released in some places or countries. Thegameandwatch (talk)

Well, I thought the GameCube controller was more popular in the Smash community because it was the controller most players use. And as for the sold out thing, it’s probably because it a lot of people bought it. I don’t think it necessarily means that it’s not as popular as the pro controller.
