While I have tried to include as many IPs with Nintendo-published installments in this sandbox as possible, I didn't include all of them for a various factors, so here's a list of what does not qualify for this list.

First and most obvious, there's licensed games. While GoldenEye 007 (and technically speaking, Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic to an extent) have had representation in the series since the very first game, Sakurai has spoken a few times about not allowing non-video game properties in the Super Smash Bros. series in more recent years. Celebrity games are an exception to this rule, but it depends on how original the game is and how involved the celebrity is in the game itself. Additionally, non-video game properties created and/or owned by Nintendo (Such as Captain N and Nester) are eligible for this list as long as they have a game for themselves.
