GENESIS 7 is an upcoming national tournament and the 7th edition of the GENESIS tournament series. It is set to take place in Oakland, California, from January 24th to the 26th, 2020. The event will feature singles and doubles tournaments for Super Smash Bros., Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and will be a major event for Rivals of Aether and Splatoon 2. GENESIS 7 will also feature side events for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Magical Drop III, Dance Dance Revolution Extreme, Windjammers, and Super Street Fighter II Turbo.
