The NCPR (or NorCal Power Rankings) is a list designating the top twenty-five Smashers in North Calfiornia. The NCPR and SCPR are the only Power Rankings permitted which are below the state level. [1]
Panel members
The panel which decides the list is made up of LunInSpectra, HyugaRicdeau, Scamp, ShadowBTZO and Zoap.
