On December 17th, 2005, NorCal's newest large tournament franchise took flight featuring the best of NorCal featuring some of the best from SoCal and Arizona's BloodOfTheFallen. The largest since the end of Mattdeezie's TG era. In 2006, the franchise's 2nd tournament took place, NCT 2 - The Big One. Over a hundred players from NorCal and SoCal, not to mention several out of state contenders, attended along with Japan's famed Doctor Mario player - S-Royal.
