Ptooie is Piranha Plant's neutral special move.
Overview
When used, it spits out a spike ball that can be launched in any direction.
Origin
The name is a reference to the Ptooie enemy from Super Mario Bros. 3. When encountered, Ptooies spit out spike balls and has it suspended in the air, occasionally blowing on it harder for it to rise higher.
