Merge with Downloadable content

Since its contents will be listed on the Downloadable content article anyway, the only informations that would need to be added about the Fighter Pass are its pricing and the bonus Mii costume, and those can easily fit into a paragraph on the DLC article rather than necessitating a whole article.
