Revenge (リベンジ Revenge) is Incineroar's down special move in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Operation

  • Revenge is a counterattack that uniquely powers up Incineroar's next move; as a visual indicator, Incineroar will emit a bright orange glow. The counterattack has a flame effect.

Origin

  • Revenge is a Fighting-type move introduced in Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire, with a base power of 60 and a PP of 10. In the Pokemon games, its power doubles if the user takes damage first before attacking.

Trivia

  • Despite being a Fighting-type attack, Revenge deals flame damage.
    • However, this is likely due to Incineroar's Fire-/Dark-typing combination.
  • Incineroar can only learn Revenge in the Pokemon games through breeding, implying the Incineroar in Ultimate is not the one encountered at the start of Pokemon Sun & Moon.
