- They must consistently place well in both large tournaments and in high importance PRs (like NorCal). For contributors, they can be credited for discovering a groundbreaking technique or play style like Isai did with Falcon. Serpent∞King (talk) 02:24, 22 September 2015 (EDT)

How necessary do we think this is? I am honestly not sure myself. I can see why we would want to, but I can also see where it doesn't make much difference. Serpent
