OverviewEdit
Wario inflates his belly and spins in the air with his arms and legs spread wide. It is Wario's fastest aerial, coming out at frame 4, and one of his main combo starters, as the second hit launches at an angle for a follow-up into another aerial, or even a footstool at very low percents, in which Wario can follow up the footstool with a forward air lock, then repeat the process with up air. Despite it resembling a sex kick, it actually has 2 hits instead of an early/late hit, unlike other attacks. The first hit usually combos into the second, but at higher percents it'll launch too far to combo into it.
Despite how useful the move is, it has several flaws that hinder it greatly. The main flaw of neutral air is the very poor hitbox, having basically no range outside of Wario's hurtboxes, and in general being quite small. Other flaws include the 14 frame gap between the two hits, which can cause the move to completely whiff when landing sometimes, the belly hurtbox inflating a fair amount which makes Wario an easier target to hit and the inability to short hop autocancel the move, all of which make the move rather mediocre in actuality.
