LVL UP EXPO 2023 was a video game convention held in Las Vegas from February 17th-19th, 2023, that held Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournaments. VGBootCamp had planned to hold Double Down 2023 at LVL UP EXPO at the event before they cancelled due to their communications with Nintendo surrounding the Smash World Tour 2022.[1]

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Game and Watch Judge singlesEdit
- 60% damage handicap.
- Single Elimination. Best of 1 game. 3 stocks per player.
- Play on Final Destination.
- Players will take alternating turns hitting each other with the hammer (side-B).
- The player getting hit must stand in the middle of the stage. The attacker must not try to push the opponent to gain a tactical advantage.
- Going first will be determined by Rock Paper Scissors.
- SDs will count against your stock total. Hitting your opponent with any other move or when it is not your turn will result in you losing the stock.
- Finals will be 10 stocks, Best 2 out of 3 games.

- ven's Zelda and Capitancito's Mii Gunner both placed 9th in Ultimate, the highest placement at a major tournament for both characters out of any Smash game.
- Yn tied ven's placement two weeks later at Maesuma TOP 11.
