It's the two swordsmen with completely different fighting styles - one focusing more on spacing, finesse, and tippers, whereas the other is more about power, fire, and close-range destruction. They never knew each other in their home universe, but they're certainly rivals in this one, especially since only one moved on into Brawl.

@67.233.102.196: Yes, Purin is Jigglypuff and Lizardon is Charizard, and the info is in our articles, so in the future you can just look there. @Megatron1: If a user asks a question, you shouldn't say, "read their pages and find out yourself", as that sounds mean makes a user feel unwelcome. You don't watch them. The battles aren't real, they're just voting battles and whoever has the most votes by the time the next round is updated, wins. However, there is such a thing called an SA BOX. Just put {{ }} around SA BOX and put it on your user page.-Ivy73  18:08, September 15, 2010 (UTC)

I don't mean to hurry you, I know you have a lot of projects going on like your Data Node, but just putting this here as a reminder that whenever you feel free it would be a good idea to update.   5. Again, useless vote is useless. If they really had a fight, think about it: Samus has chozo armor, hyper mode, missiles, the morph ball, lasers, screw attack, space jump, phazon, and a whole team.   6. Samus > Link mainly for strength. I mean, seriously! Link got nerfed transitioning from SSBM to SSBB. Samus' final smash (Zero Laser, for those who don't know) is way more powerful. Link's FS is just focused on one opponent (unless someone else is stupid enough to walk right in it.) While Samus' FS hits everyone. It's powerful enough to OHKO! Okay, I'm done lecturing.   4. Falco has always been a favored character in both Melee and Brawl, while I never been particularly fond of Diddy Kong. While Falco is no longer a main for me (fallen secondary), I'm still miles better with him than with Diddy Kong and Falco is a greater threat to my mains than Diddy Kong is. Actually, yeah is was me that changed the logo. I initially asked Porplemontage to do it because I thought that changing Wiki.png to change the logo was just a Wikia-only thing, but it worked when I put it up. Toomai Glittershine  18:18, 5 November 2010 (EDT)
