Oppose Deletion - Kperfekt Talk Is Cheap... But I Am Not. 15:59, August 2, 2010 (UTC)

Give an actual reason as to why the article shouldn't be deleted instead of just saying "oppose deletion". Omega Tyrant   16:12, August 2, 2010 (UTC)

Strong Oppose - This is a unique property of Falcon's hitboxes, and while it has not seen widespread implementation it's generated enough discussion and relevance to be given it's own article. Clarinet Hawk (talk · contributions) 17:02, August 2, 2010 (UTC)

What? Marth's dair also needs to be sweetspotted to spike, but it doesn't have an article. It could easily be merged with Falcon's SSBM page. Sir Anon the great 23:40, August 2, 2010 (UTC)
First, it doesn't have it's own name, nor has it created discussion to the point of creating notability as you never intend not to sweet spot it. Two, it could be merged, but then it would require a sub-sub-subsection, and I would rather avoid a redirect linking to that low of a section. We're after accessibility of information and redirect and create that low of a section for a rather commonly discussed term/technique is not helping that goal. Oppose While this is not the only spike hitbox in the game, it has generated more discussion than any other specific hitbox in Melee (to my knowledge) and has become notable enough as to earn its own nickname. The Knee has an article because of its notability and similar to The Knee article, the information here would be more suitable in its own article instead of being on Captain Falcon's SSBM page.
